Dear Reader. 

Welcome to my very first blog post! I’m Liah, and I’m so glad you’re here. This space is where I’ll share my thoughts, experiences, and reflections on some of the most important and real topics we often shy away from—mental health, equality, struggles, and most importantly, healing through the power of words.

Writing for me is a journey that began after  a deep realization of just how much words have the ability to heal. Sometimes, all it takes is one conversation, one sentence, or even a single word to shift a person’s entire outlook or help them take a step toward healing.

Words are powerful and  I know this from experience. There have been times in my life when the weight of unspoken thoughts and emotions threatened to overwhelm me. But it wasn’t until I started opening up speaking my truth, asking for help, and listening to others that I began to heal.

The most healing conversations i’ve had were often the ones where I felt truly heard, understood, and supported. It wasn’t about getting a solution to everything right away it was always about being present for each other, sharing our stories, and getting to know that i am not alone.

So yes I know that we all face challenges—big and small. We carry invisible burdens that can sometimes  be tough to navigate alone and that’s why this blog is not just a platform for me to share my thoughts, but a space for you, too.

 My hope is that you’ll find comfort in these words, whether through the stories I share or through the discussions we’ll have together.

You’re Not Broken. You’re Becoming. I’ve constantly watched motivational reels on my timeline, and they all seem to have one thing in common  that adrenaline rush that makes you feel like you can do just about anything. I love it. I love that momentary high when it feels like the world is yours for the taking. But there’s a part I don’t see often. No one really talks about how heavy it weighs down after everything has fallen apart. The moment you realize you have to start over.
