The Courage to Start Over.

You’re Not Broken. You’re Becoming. I’ve constantly watched motivational reels on my timeline, and they all seem to have one thing in common  that adrenaline rush that makes you feel like you can do just about anything. I love it. I love that momentary high when it feels like the world is yours for the taking. But there’s a part I don’t see often. No one really talks about how heavy it weighs down after everything has fallen apart. The moment you realize you have to start over. The sense of failure that creeps in, knowing you got it wrong  and now, you either swim or drown while figuring out how to begin again. You see, new beginnings don’t come with fireworks or clarity. They creep in like a quiet ache. A slow-burning moment when something once so familiar a job, a person, a dream no longer fits. And suddenly, you’re sitting in the ruins of everything you thought would work out, trying to catch your breath, trying to understand how something that felt so right could...

  You Are Not Alone Dear Reader, I see you.  i see the way you carry the weight of the world on your shoulders, how you smile even when your heart is aching, how you whisper, “I’m fine,” when all you really want is for someone to hear the silent scream inside you. I know you have mastered the art of silence, holding it all in and convincing yourself that no one would understand, that maybe your pain is too much, you're  too messy or you're  too complicated, but listen dear one,  you were never meant to do this alone. There is untold power in speaking. Not just in words, but in the act of letting someone in. In allowing yourself to be seen, not just in your strongest moments, but in your most vulnerable ones too. Your pain does not make you weak. Your struggles do not make you unworthy and your silence does not have to be your home.
