You Are Not Alone

You Are Not Alone

Dear Reader,

I see you.  i see the way you carry the weight of the world on your shoulders, how you smile even when your heart is aching, how you whisper, “I’m fine,” when all you really want is for someone to hear the silent scream inside you.

I know you have mastered the art of silence, holding it all in and convincing yourself that no one would understand, that maybe your pain is too much, you're  too messy or you're  too complicated, but listen dear one,

you were never meant to do this alone.

There is untold power in speaking. Not just in words, but in the act of letting someone in. In allowing yourself to be seen, not just in your strongest moments, but in your most vulnerable ones too. Your pain does not make you weak. Your struggles do not make you unworthy and your silence does not have to be your home.

If you asked me , i would tell you from experience that your tribe is out there somewhere waiting. The ones who will hear your truth and say, Me too. The ones who won’t flinch at your brokenness because they’ve been there too. The ones who will remind you that you are not strange and you are not too much,

The hardest step is the first one, its being bold enough to say , I’m not okay. but once you do, the burden you’ve carried alone starts to feel a little lighter, and healing begins the moment you allow yourself to be heard.

So speak, love. Not because you owe anyone an explanation, but because you deserve to be held in spaces where your truth is honored.

You are not alone. You never were. You just need to reach out and we’ll be here, waiting for you.
